This was always intended to be the final post in my week of posting (which, I know, ten days now); just a final goodbye and photos of the good times we had while away. I’ll miss you all – thank you for letting me share such a wonderful time with you; and, I wish everyone the best of luck with whatever it is that you’re going on to do! 🙂
So, here’s the post I was supposed to put up on Sunday – but I got a little overwhelmed by packing and cleaning and though I had most of it written, I completely forgot. So really, my week of posts has expanded a little, but that’s okay. I’m still impressed I managed five out of seven days more or less on time – so that’s something! 🙂
This is basically a little sum-up of my time in Germany; how I feel it went, some of what I did, etc. It’s very much introspective and so might be a little boring, but I think it’s a good time to look a little at what I did so that I can prepare myself for the next part of my journey.
One of my favourite things about Germany is (surprisingly or not ;)) the food. In some ways I’d say it’s similar to English food, but there are also some specialties that I really enjoy. So I did a little hunt around the web to find some recipes – that hopefully shouldn’t be too difficult to make! 🙂
Day one of the week of posts: Christmas markets. I probably should have written about this last month, but oh well, it gives you all ten months or so to book your flights to Germany to come and see them 😉
